Delete my 5SIM account

To delete your account you have to:

1. Click on your account's icon in the upper-right corner.

2. Click on Settings

3. Below click on Account deletion.

4. For confirmation, enter the email address you used to sign up.

5. Tick the checkbox to consent to your remaining funds' non-compensation.

6. Click on Send mail.

7. Check your email to find a link—click on it to proceed further.

8. Confirm that you want to delete your account and fill out the feedback form.

Note that your balance will not be compensated in case you decide to delete your account.

Do you still need help?

It seems you need some additional help that we can't provide in this wizard. Please send a request to the support service and we will respond as soon as possible.

Important rules - help us to support you:

  1. Your request should comply with the selected category, otherwise it will be closed without an answer.
  2. Any request related to payment should contain information in text format, and not just images: payment method, amount, currency, transaction id, transaction hash, destination address, transaction link, etc.
  3. Any request related to the refund for the order should contain redundant information for making a decision.

If you are a 5SIM user, be sure to use the same email address as your account.
